The Value Summit Planning Committee is in our busy season and the plans for the 2024 Value Summit are coming together nicely. We are looking forward to seeing everyone June 2-4, 2024 at the Westin Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee!
Registration is now open! Visit www.value-eng.org/2024ValueSummit for details and to register. Be sure to register early and take advantage of the early bird discounted rates.
The Call for Presentations has closed and the Planning Committee is busy reviewing and selecting the submissions to develop the best possible program for the Summit. We are committed to developing an agenda that will fulfill all your expectations!
In addition to the agenda, we are working with the hotel to ensure that the educational content is complemented by an ideal hotel experience. The Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday night so everyone is encouraged to arrive by mid-afternoon on Sunday, June 2 to attend this event. We are also working on the best locations for display tables to optimize marketing opportunities and create a great atmosphere for networking. After the sessions, be sure to visit the top floor bar and lounge at the Westin Nashville – it has a magnificent 360o view of the city and will be a great atmosphere to mingle with your fellow value engineering practitioners.
Be sure to check out the sponsorship opportunities available for this year’s Summit. Click here to view the 2024 Value Summit sponsorship prospectus.
We are bringing back the gift exchange that was held for the first time two years ago in Arizona. The concept for the exchange is simple: you will bring with you to the Summit a small gift that is representative of your home city, state, province, or nation and exchange it with someone else in an organized format. The purpose of this gift exchange is to provide an icebreaker to introduce you to someone from a different part of the world from you and to reflect our organization’s global presence. The exchange is voluntary, but highly encouraged. More information about the gift exchange is available on the Summit website at www.value-eng.org/2024ValueSummit.
And no discussion about the Summit would be complete without mentioning the great city of Nashville! The city best known for its rich history of country music has so much to offer and become a top destination city in the US. There is no shortage of great restaurants and attractions, and I encourage you to extend your time so you can research the attractions that appeal to you and explore this great city.
The 2024 Value Summit Planning Committee is excited to deliver a Summit that will meet and hopefully exceed your expectations. We look forward to seeing you in Nashville this June. Until then, please stay healthy and safe!
