We focused on basic VE concepts as part of the PACE (Education) initiatives in the past three issues. Recently, I was reminded that the SAVE International membership would like to share their initiatives.
We want to hear from the SAVE chapters about what they plan to do and what are some of the exciting happenings in their local areas. It is also important to invite chapters to participate in web related talks. The Chicago Metropolitan and Greater Michigan chapters did share such events last year. They faced some electronic challenges, but it is being worked out.
We also want to hear from the SAVE international affiliates. Drew Algase, Vice President Global Affairs, has invited our affiliates to share their activities.
In addition, I have asked Steve Kirk, Vice President Education, to request members who are involved in teaching at universities to share their experience as well. We hope to publish the education articles in the next issue, if possible.
We encourage SAVE members, chapters, affiliates, etc. to submit articles to Value World and let the membership know about the exciting things you have going on!
