Terry William Beuthling, CVS passed away on March 27, 2020 due to complications of leukemia. He was 76 years of age.
Terry was an active civil engineer in design, construction, administration and marketing since 1968. He had been active in VE/VA/VM since 1999 and really enjoyed the entire process. Terry was a long time member of SAVE International, President of the Wisconsin chapter, Chair of the Honors & Awards Committee, and a Certified Value Specialist (CVS).
