SAVE VMA Exam Changes Effective January 1, 2020

By Bob Rude, PE, CVS-Life – Chairman, SAVE International Certification Board

SAVE International continuously strives to improve its certification program to make it the most credible and efficient it can be. We were aware of some issues with our online testing vendor and how the VMA exam was being administered; therefore, SAVE will be making a change to its certification exam testing vendor in the coming months.

In order to fully integrate into a new testing system, SAVE will be implementing a ‘black-out’ period starting January 1, 2020 through the first quarter of the new year. During this time, no one will be able to take VMA exam. There will be no exceptions.

Also, this will have no effect on the SAVE international affiliates and how they administer the VMA exam to their members.

Once the new online testing vendor is in place and new procedures are finalized, we will provide detailed information to all SAVE members.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
