This month’s issue of Value World highlights the great contributions from SAVE International members/volunteers, officers and chapters.

Katherine Bethany’s term as SAVE’s President is coming to an end next month. Her wisdom and guidance have been instrumental in the advances that the Society has made in the last year.

My friend George Bartolomei gives a good update on the SAVE San Diego Chapter. I wanted to edit my name out to not seem self-serving, but if George wants to talk so nicely about me, who am I to argue.

Bruce Lenzer continues to highlight the importance of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation (MVF) and is making sure we all know about the MVF Innovation Forum at this year’s Value Summit. The Forum will focus on the “Latest Creativity Techniques for Innovative Ideas.”

Rob Stewart’s article gives some important information on the updates to the Guide to the Value Methodology Body of Knowledge (VMBoK).

As in last month’s issue, we are highlighting the importance of sponsorship at the 2019 Value Summit next month in Portland, Oregon. The more sponsorship the Summit receives, the better the event will be for everyone! Sponsorship provides for expanded programs and has the potential savings on attendee registration.

Please don’t forget to cast your vote for the 2019-2020 SAVE Board of Directors! Check out the Election Reminder article for more information.
